The Surrey Improvement Partnership is part of Improvement and Efficiency South East (IESE). The partnership is designed to bring together all of the local authorities in Surrey to deliver a series of projects intended to bring real improvements and enhanced efficiencies in local government services throughout the County.

Managing Large Organisations in Politically and Economically Challenging Times
This is strictly on a first come first serve basis as places are limited. This presentation forms part of the conclusion of the Surrey Improvement Partnership programme (SIP) and will be chaired by Councillor David Munro (Chair of SIP Board). Ben and Tony will present research leading up to the General Election and the emergency budget on 22 June and give their views about the impact of the Coalition government on local authorities´ services and resources now and in the future. This will form a 2 hour lecture followed by a brief Q A session.
