Ambition
It is the ambition of the Surrey Improvement Partnership to be a vehicle to ensure that all of the Surrey authorities work together to provide a continuing model for excellence. By working in partnership we will ensure that:
- Surrey councils respond positively to change in delivering services to our communities.
- Standards are maintained and enhanced.
- Local authorities can deliver continuous improvement in key services related to National Indicators.
- Local authorities communicate, learn and share best practice with one another.
The creation of a culture of partnership working is an overarching objective and it is hoped that this culture change will ensure that the work of the partnership is sustained beyond specific projects.
