Current Project Summary

The current Surrey Improvement Partnership projects are:

Surrey Infrastructure Capacity Project

Project Manager = Damian Testa (Surrey County Council)

This project is conducting research into what the effects of the housing, employment and population growth patterns are likely to have on current public infrastructure provision and what deficits in existing provision exist. It is working towards determining what levels of investment are needed to match future capacity levels in light of the findings of the study. It is seeking to develop local government capacity not only to deliver the increased housing growth, but also to derive maximum benefit from the challenges this will bring, so enhancing existing communities and better planning for new ones.
